What is Turquoise Hotel Loyal Club?

If you prefer our hotel in order to experience nature, rest, have fun and cool off in our Blue Flag sea with five-star hotel facilities, it is a program where you will benefit from special services and privileges in our hotel with your second stay. In this free program, you will be able to increase according to the points you will earn according to the number of nights you stay in the hotel.

What do I need to do to become a member?

You become a member of the Turquoise Hotel Loyal Club Program after your first stay at the hotel (Minimum 4 days). There are 4 types of membership in the program. Turquoise Bronze Card, Turquoise Silver card , Turquoise Gold Card, Turquoise Diamond Card.

How is the membership category determined?

Each person staying in the room (excluding children) earns 10 points per night. Your membership category is determined according to the specified limit range of the points you earn.

Can I transfer my membership?        

Membership is personal, non-transferable.

Are the rooms I have booked and paid for added to my number of stays?

Making a bulk reservation or paying for another room will not contribute to your number of stays.
